Key Responsibilities:
- Career Readiness Coaching: Equip students with essential workforce skills. You'll support them in resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and workplace etiquette.
- Project-Based Learning: Benefit from strong training and support to implement project-based learning, creating hands-on activities that foster real-world problem-solving skills.
- Goal Achievement Mentorship: Inspire and mentor students as they set and achieve their personal, educational, and career goals. Help them dream big and provide the structure to make those dreams a reality.
- Community Partnerships: Establish relationships with local businesses, organizations, and colleges to create career opportunities for students, including job shadowing and internships.
- Student Advocacy: Act as a champion for your students, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with experience working with high school students.
- Valid Wisconsin Teaching License
- Ability to develop curriculum and educational opportunities.
- Capability to inspire and instill hope in high school students while maintaining appropriate boundaries.
- Be able to successfully pass criminal background check.
- Maintain active driver license and insurability.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree, experience working with high school students and one (1) plus years work-related experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience. Valid Wisconsin Teaching License may be required based on position location.
WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Work is performed in an office environment and may require incumbents to do some light lifting or routine maintenance of basic office equipment. Position may require travel to various other locations within the state.
