Key Responsibilities :
- Career Readiness Coaching : Equip students with essential workforce skills. You'll support them in resume writing, interview preparation, networking, and workplace etiquette.
- Project-Based Learning : Benefit from strong training and support to implement project-based learning, creating hands-on activities that foster real-world problem-solving skills.
- Goal Achievement Mentorship : Inspire and mentor students as they set and achieve their personal, educational, and career goals. Help them dream big and provide the structure to make those dreams a reality.
- Community Partnerships : Establish relationships with local businesses, organizations, and colleges to create career opportunities for students, including job shadowing and internships.
- Student Advocacy : Act as a champion for your students, ensuring they have the necessary resources and support to navigate challenges both in and out of the classroom.
- Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree with experience working with high school students.
