This is a one-of-a-kind opportunity for educators who are looking for a more dynamic, hands-on teaching experience in a non-traditional setting. At Appleton East, you’ll have the flexibility to design and deliver a curriculum that fits the unique needs of each student. You’ll be a true mentor, guiding young minds through their journey to graduation—and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Career Readiness Coaching: You’ll help students master the essential workforce skills—resumes, interviews, networking, and workplace etiquette—that will set them up for success.
- Project-Based Learning: You’ll have the freedom to create hands-on learning experiences that spark real-world problem-solving and creative thinking.
- Goal Achievement Mentorship: Be the trusted guide as students set big goals and take the steps needed to achieve them, both in school and beyond.
- Community Partnerships: Forge relationships with local businesses, colleges, and organizations, providing students with exciting job-shadowing and internship opportunities.
- Student Advocacy: You’ll be their biggest champion, making sure every student gets the resources and support they need to succeed in and out of the classroom.
Who You Are:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree and experience working with high school students.
- You hold a valid Wisconsin Teaching License (or are willing to obtain one).
- You have the ability to create engaging curriculum and opportunities tailored to your students' needs.
- You’re motivated to inspire students and guide them with hope, empathy, and clear boundaries.
- You’re organized, dependable, and ready to jump in and make a real difference in students' lives.
- You can pass a criminal background check and maintain a valid driver’s license.
