Job Title : Operations Support Specialist

Job Purpose :
As the Operations Support Specialist and under the leadership of the Executive team, you are tasked with providing administrative and operational support. This is a full-time, hybrid position that requires 4 days a week in our Annapolis location.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Support members of the executive team with daily administrative tasks and responsible for assisting in the management of the day-to-day operational needs of the corporate office. This could include setting up calls and updating databases and spreadsheets.
- Interact with practice leadership in support of the contracts department to ensure proper information is gathered. This could include creating and updating basic client contracts.
- Coordinate technology needs for the company to include laptop inventory, phone system updates, office equipment maintenance, key fobs, etc.
- Responsible for ordering and managing supplies for the company.
- Assist the talent practice by updating job postings on career websites (CATS, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, etc.).
- Assist with sourcing candidates by using databases and social media. This could also include initial phone screens.
- Work in tandem with the talent team to assist with other staff augmentation or recruiting needs such as setting up interviews, tracking of applicants, updating ATS systems, and process improvement.
- Willingness to assume other office-related duties that fall outside of this job description.

Salary : $45,000 - $130,000
