Join our exceptional team as the General Manager for our 76-room hotel! As the leader of our associates, you’ll ensure standards of service and guest experience are consistently met by overseeing team member training, guest satisfaction, and daily operations. You’ll collaborate closely with sales and marketing, manage budgets, expenses, and maintain pristine property standards. We’re seeking someone with 3 years of experience in boutique or select service hotel management, strong sales and marketing knowledge, and a proactive, guest-focused attitude. Pay Range
Pay Range $100,000 - $110,000. Base pay offered may vary depending on a range of factors including job-related knowledge, skills, and job-specific experience/overall experience.
