Are you a seasoned auto sales professional with a passion for online sales? Do you excel at connecting with customers virtually and closing deals efficiently? We are seeking an experienced Internet Auto Sales Specialist to join our dynamic team and drive our online sales to the next level.

Position Overview :

As an Internet Auto Sales Specialist , you’ll be responsible for managing inbound online leads, setting appointments, guiding potential buyers through the purchasing process, and helping them find the right vehicle from our wide selection. You will use your expertise to build relationships with customers, answer their questions, and close sales—all while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via video, email, chat, and phone
  • Utilize online platforms and CRM systems to manage leads, track customer interactions, and follow up
  • Provide detailed information about vehicles, financing options, and dealership services
  • Build rapport with potential customers and tailor your sales approach to individual needs
  • Schedule test drives, negotiate terms, and finalize deals
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends
  • Work closely with the sales team and management to achieve sales targets and maintain high customer satisfaction

Requirements :

  • Proven experience in internet auto sales or a similar online sales role
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of online car sales platforms, CRM systems, and email marketing tools
  • Ability to handle multiple leads simultaneously and efficiently manage your time
  • High level of motivation and drive to meet sales goals
  • Strong negotiation skills and customer service orientation
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
  • Preferred :

  • Familiarity with GM brand cars / trucks
  • Experience in a high-volume or fast-paced sales environment
  • Bilingual (Spanish, etc.) is a plus
