Job Description
We are looking for Front Desk Associate to join busy Chiropractic practice to serve as our patients’ first point of contact and manage all aspects of their appointment. We are growing the practice and would like to develop the office systems and infrastructure to handle increased growth of patients and providers. You will often be the first point of contact for patients and prospective patients, so we need someone who can bring positive energy and a smile to work every day.
Front Desk responsibilities include, but are not limited to: greeting patients, scheduling patient appointments either in person, or over the phone, accepting payment for services and goods, and ensuring that all aspects of a patient's Electronic Health Record are up-to-date. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and memorable visit for our patients. If you have a knack for customer service, we’d like to meet you!
A Rehab Technician’s responsibilities generally include the following:
- Demonstrating Exercises: Show patients how to properly perform their prescribed exercises properly, ensuring proper form and technique.
- Assisting with Exercises: Help set patients up for their exercises and take them off when completed, ensuring safety during the process.
- Managing Patient Flow: Coordinate and manage the flow of patient care within the office, ensuring that appointments and treatments are running on time.
- Collaborating with Front Desk: Work closely with the front desk team to schedule appointments, coordinate patient visits, and ensure that patient records are up to date.
- Monitoring Patient Progress: Observe patients during exercises to monitor their progress and report any concerns to the physical therapists.
- Preparing Equipment: Set up and clean equipment before and after use to ensure a safe and hygienic environment.
- Patient Education: Provide basic information to patients about their treatment plan and exercises, under the guidance of chiropractors.
These responsibilities ensure smooth operation in a rehabilitation setting and support both patients and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities
· Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
· Manage appointments
· Inform patients about account balances & collect payments
· Register new patients
· Welcome guests upon their arrival
· Liaise with the office manager and the doctor to ensure all parties are up to date about important patient updates
· Maintain electronic medical record software for all patient appointments
· General office duties include but are not limited to: filing, cleaning and general upkeep
