Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage with potential customers through various channels
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable home improvement solutions, particularly in roofing and related services.
- Present and demonstrate product features, explaining benefits to customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, handling customer objections professionally.
- Maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Qualities We are Looking For:
- Proven sales experience, preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are a plus!
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
- Comfortable setting up and climbing ladders for roof inspections.
