Maintenance Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Four Points by Sheraton , York, PA. The Maintenance Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and facilities at our [Insert location] location.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities, including HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and other mechanical systems
• Managing a team of maintenance technicians, assigning work orders, and ensuring that work is completed on time and to the highest standards
• Developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs to reduce downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance
• Ensuring that all maintenance activities comply with safety and environmental regulations
• Conducting regular inspections of equipment and facilities to identify potential problems and address them proactively
• Maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and equipment maintenance schedules
• Managing the maintenance budget and ensuring that expenses are kept within budgetary constraints

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred
• Minimum of [Insert number of years] years of experience in maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems, with at least [Insert number of years] years in a supervisory role
