Duties
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Fabricate and repair components as necessary to maintain operational efficiency.
- Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking maintenance activities and inventory management.
- Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate schedules for various projects.
- Troubleshoot and repair logic controllers and other mechanical systems.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Execute residential painting tasks as required to maintain aesthetic standards.
