The Opportunity
Lobby Bar Server (Part-Time)
Who We Look For
We are looking for an individual who can provide dining support at our vibrant and active restaurant, the Lobby Bar who has 1 –2 years of Food & Beverage experience. The Lobby Bar is the perfect place to meet for drinks, imaginative appetizers and sweet specialties from our pastry chef. You will provide an enjoyable, expertly served beverage or dining experience conforming to Four Seasons standards of excellence for quality, professionalism and friendliness. In this role, you will also oversee and maintain proper flow of goods to maximize sales performance.

Who We Look For

Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional knowledge of food & beverage menu items as well as information regarding preparation methods
- Ensure each guest is greeted promptly, courteously, graciously with eye contact, and a smile
- Display impressive salesmanship in guiding guests through the menu and maximizing revenue with upsell opportunities
- Prior experience in fine dining and knowledge of steaks (cuts, temperatures, etc.) is preferred, though not required.
- Able to read each table and adapt to the guest, creating a customized experience
- Thrive working in a fast paced, and large team environment
- A sincere willingness to provide service to residents, guests, and peers.
- Good organizational skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to function well under pressure, set priorities and adjust to changing conditions.
- High work ethic, with a sense of responsibility for the role filled within our team.
