Job Listing : Host / Hostess – Experienced Leader

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned and dedicated Host / Hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate has prior experience, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and can confidently lead front-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities :

Greet and seat guests with a welcoming and professional demeanor.

Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart.

Coordinate with servers, kitchen staff, and management to ensure smooth service.

Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and resolve concerns with care.

Train and guide junior hosts / hostesses, setting a high standard for service.

Oversee daily opening and closing duties of the host stand.

Monitor and manage to-go and DoorDash orders, ensuring accuracy and timely handoffs.

Perform regular bathroom checks to maintain cleanliness and stocked supplies.

Assist with silverware rolling and other side work to support the team.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a host / hostess in a high-volume restaurant or similar setting.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire team members.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and stay composed in a fast-paced environment.

Knowledge of reservation systems, delivery platforms, and basic point-of-sale systems.

Available shifts and compensation : We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $10.00 - $15.00 / hour.
