We are a fashion brand seeking an Ecommerce Customer Experience Associate to join our team in a temporary capacity.
Job Summary:
We are looking for an individual with exceptional customer service skills to assist with resolving online order issues and providing a positive customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Field inbound customer service calls to resolve online order issues.
- Respond to incoming customer emails in a timely manner, using product knowledge to resolve issues.
- Engage customers through Live Chat, offering informed product recommendations and driving sales through proactive involvement in Exchange Order and Abandoned Cart outreach programs.
- Investigate and resolve product and service issues, ensuring proper resolution and follow-up with customers.
- Collaborate with the Distribution Center team to ensure efficient order fulfillment.
- Participate in fraud prevention efforts to release and cancel orders.
Requirements:
