Key Responsibilities:
- Field inbound customer service calls to address questions about online orders, products, and website usage.
- Respond promptly to incoming customer emails.
- Promote sales through proactive involvement in Exchange Order and Abandoned Cart outreach programs.
- Investigate and resolve product and service issues with customers.
- Manage customer exchange and returns paperwork.
- Collaborate daily with the Distribution Center team for efficient ecommerce order fulfillment.
- Process orders and participate in fraud prevention efforts.
