Desktop Support Specialist – Fowler Holding Company – Chevrolet Broomfield*
Fowler Holding Company and Automotive Group is seeking a Full-time entry level Desktop Support Specialist. The Desktop Support Specialist will configure, install, troubleshoot, and maintain all network devices including client/server operating systems in a multi-user environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Test and image desktops and laptops
- Maintain, analyze, and troubleshoot, software and computer peripherals
- Setup, configure and add all hardware
- Assist Corporate Desk Side Support.
- Assure that all tickets requiring follow up work and / or calls receive appropriate attention
- Provide technical support to end users remotely and by telephone
- Assist in developing and documenting improvements to current processes
- Assist coworkers in resolution of end users' technical issues
- Assist coworkers in the execution of established processes and escalations
- Support & troubleshoot PC's, laptop, monitors, printers, and other related hardware
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or GED (general equivalency diploma)
A Certification or equivalent IT experience preferred
Knowledge of all Windows Operating System
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
Requirements
Valid Driver's License and MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier

Compensation
Starting $25 per hour based on experience & certifications
