Fowler High Precision is looking for a motivated individual, who works well both independently and collaboratively, to join the Inside Sales team. As part of a shared service team, you will get to collaboratively work with both the inside and outside Sales team as well as the Marketing team on various Company initiatives. The ideal candidate would:
- One to three years of sales experience (inside or outside sales)
- Experience with cold calling and experience with prospecting new business
- Excellent time management and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment

Position Purpose:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for providing support the sales and service teams, rep groups and the end-user customer base. The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role as Fowler’s primary point of contact for all our customers. This role will also be responsible for generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and prospecting through existing business accounts. You will work cooperatively with marketing, outside sales, technical support, and other departments to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Proactively generate new customers through industry leads
- Works closely with outside sales team and rep groups to ensure full sales cycle and positive customer experience.
- Coordinates and follows through on end-to-end sales cycle from initial inquiry to completion of the sale.
- Responsible for being logged in to phone queue during shift for inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and prospective clients, and answer incoming questions, etc.
- Follows up with customers on various needs such as B/O reports, tracking, and pricing discrepancies through to point of resolution.
- Answers questions from call recipients including, but not limited to, price, availability, lead times, order/repair status, etc.
- Reviews Hubspot leads and establishes communication with end users, distributors and other departments to ensure customers’ questions and needs have been met.
- Process incoming RFQ’s, orders and RA’s accurately and efficiently
- Process EDI, online and other format of electronic orders
- Create and maintain accurate customer data in the company’s CRM system.
- Tracks trends to assist Digital Marketing Manager in current and future digital campaigns.
- Attend periodic sales and other trainings as required by management.
- Maintain accurate pipeline in Quosal and NetSuite
- Other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- At least three years of customer service-related experience, inside sales preferred.
- One year experience with HubSpot, SalesForce, NetSuite or similar CRM
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with EDI, Microsoft Office Suite, ERP and ability to quickly learn new software.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
Salary : $60,000 - $70,000
