Objective: We are seeking an individual who is passionate about their work and taking care of clients. This position is fast paced and requires several capacities in managing project scope, cost, risk, and safety. We are looking for someone who has notable communication skills, passionate about connecting to the clients, while executing tasks effectively and on target.
Job Description:
- Manage daily construction activities and maintain project schedule for 3-5 homes at a time.
- Schedule projects and supervise crew members daily along with making sure materials are onsite. Meet homeowners for new projects to complete estimates for new residential projects.
- Inspect daily all homes under construction for quality and ensure they are being built per the plans and specifications.
- Communicate with customers, document and discuss any changes with customer expectations.
- Enforce all crew members comply with OSHA regulations
- Maintain a positive working relationship with local building supply companies and subcontractors.
- Project closeout & completion including and responsibility for ensuring completion of punch list items.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 per hour
