As a Project Manager at New Blue Construction, you'll oversee large-scale residential and commercial projects from start to finish. Your leadership will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Acting as the key contact for clients, architects, and trades, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our company's stellar reputation.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules to keep work on track.
• Lead day-to-day field operations and coordinate crews to ensure seamless execution.
• Collaborate with foremen, carpenters, and subcontractors to uphold safety, efficiency, and quality.
• Proactively identify and solve issues to prevent delays or budget overruns.
• Communicate regularly with clients, architects, and designers to align expectations and outcomes.
• Ensure adherence to codes, regulations, and client agreements.
• Manage budgets, job costs, and change orders with fairness and precision.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site environment.

Qualifications:

• 710 years of experience in residential construction (commercial experience a plus).
• At least 5 years of Project Management experience, preferably in the custom project market.
• Experience in managing multiple projects at once
• Expertise in construction best practices, methods, and codes.
• Strong communication skills (written and spoken) and proficiency with technology (smartphones, Microsoft Office Suite, etc.).
• Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, and teams with efficiency and professionalism.
• A commitment to quality and an eye for detail.
