FOX Television Stations owns and operates 29 full power broadcast television stations in the U.S. These include stations located in 14 of the top 15 largest designated market areas, or DMAs, and duopolies in 11 DMAs, including the three largest DMAs (New York, Los Angeles and Chicago). Of these stations, 18 are affiliated with the FOX Network. In addition to distributing sports, entertainment and syndicated content, our television stations collectively produce approximately 1,200 hours of local news every week. These stations leverage viewer, distributor and advertiser demand for the FOX Network’s national content.
Job Description
We are looking for a Sales Assistant to join Fox Television Stations FLX OTT platform. As a member of the team, you will work in a fun, fast-paced and fluid environment. You will work with sales leadership, AE's and marketing on all aspects of the pre and post sales process.
The Digital Sales Assistant provides administrative support to Account Executives in the Fox Local Extension (FLX) sales department, along with Digital Sales Manager. (OTT/Digital ad sales) General administrative work, manage pipelines, CRM. Order processing. Assist AE's on prospecting, research gathering, sales planning, invoicing. Act as liaison between AE's, agency buyers and clients.
This position requires excellent communication skills. MS Office applications. Organization and prioritization skills. Knowledge of local TV marketplace highly desirable. Willingness to learn and grow. Customer (internal and external) focus. Wide Orbit experience a plus. Ability to work under pressure and be a team player. Ability to work independently.
Due to COVID-19 global pandemic, this position is temporarily remote. Candidate should have the ability to work from home with the understanding that position will eventually return to the TV Station.
EDUCATION: College degree and digital experience preferred but not required. Knowledge of Wide Orbit software helpful.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $48,000.00-51,851.00 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $40,000.00-43,209.00 per hour for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
