DEPARTMENT : Engineering POSITION : Process Engineer CATEGORY : Engineering JOB FUNCTION : Process Engineer will be responsible for developing and implementing process strategies, managing process resources, optimizing current processes, and maintaining process documents. Develop and maintain MPI to meet customer’s manufacturability, quality, and cost requirements. QUALIFICATIONS : EDUCATION : 4 years of high school completion, or equivalent Bachelor’s degree is preferred EXPERIENCE : Minimum 1 year of experience in job related area. REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES : Proactive and able to work well independently as well as in a team environment Work well with cross functional teams Strong ownership and organization skills Ability to work confidently in a rapidly changing, fast-paced and results-oriented corporate environment where a high degree of flexibility is required.
