- Connect dollar amounts and time metrics to headcount data for improved project tracking and insight.
Data Administration:
- Accurately update and manage employee records, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of system data.
- Generate regular and ad-hoc reports for stakeholders, focusing on headcount and project alignment updates.
Support for HR Operations:
- Administer attendance management for temporary employees, serving as the primary resource for accuracy and updates.
- Ensure efficient communication between supervisors and the HR team for precise data reporting and capture.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Lead the management of HR data, creating comprehensive reports to alleviate team members' reporting duties.
- Analyze system data to uncover trends and provide strategic insights for effective workforce planning and management.
Employee Support and Compliance:
- Act as the main contact for system-related queries, ensuring a seamless onboarding/offboarding process.
