Exciting opportunity for an Human Resources Business Partner to support two locations – providing support to leadership, management, and individual contributors at the plants.
The best candidate will be an expert with employee relations to foster an engaging and positive workplace environment.
Responsibilities for the HRBP include:
- Serve as the primary HR contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on policies, procedures, and employee relations issues.
- Oversee employee development, training programs, and related recordkeeping.
- Handle worker’s compensation documentation and communication with EHS leadership, state agencies, and insurance representatives.
- Support internal communications, safety initiatives, and employee engagement, including shift meetings and presentation preparation.
- Manage recruiting and staffing efforts, including background checks, drug testing, and onboarding coordination.
The position will include travel, as it will support two plants.
