Job Summary :
PAI Pharma is searching for an experienced and enthusiastic Human Resources Business Partner. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join our growing team in our Greenville, SC office. Reporting to the Chief People Officer (CPO), the HR Business Partner will be playing a key role in aligning our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs across the company. The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR practices and employee management and gear their expertise to deliver value-added service to leaders and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies and state and federal employment laws while escalating concerns as appropriate.

Duties and Responsibilities :
- Acts as a trusted partner to leadership on strategic and operational HR issues, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Point of contact for internal employees, operational groups, and organization for Employee Relations.
- Conducts and attends weekly meetings with respective business functions.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs, and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Liaison between company and legal advisory team.
- Works closely with the Talent Management Team to implement HR activities for the various departments in areas such as :
