Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic Front Desk Chiropractic Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and passionate about helping others achieve their health goals. As the first point of contact for our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Maintain patient flow
- Collect patient payments
- Data entry, such as entering patient demographics
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar efficiently.
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information about our services.
- Assist patients with completing necessary digital forms and paperwork.
- Keep the reception area clean, organized and tidy.
- Assist chiropractors and other staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure compliance with clinic policies and procedures.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations with patience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using digital technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of chiropractic care or healthcare terminology.
- Certification or training in medical office administration or related field.

- Medical Coding
- Insurance/financial background
- Preparing and presenting care plans
