WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
- PRN positions available!
- Monitor inventory needs for required department equipment and supplies; place orders as required to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
- Oversee the work of Volunteers, providing ongoing guidance and training to ensure quality of service.
- Provide customer service by greeting and actively helping visitors who need assistance with transporting and wayfinding.
- Deal calmly and courteously with upset or difficult visitors.
- Solicit grievances and complaints from patients and family members on quality of service; act as a liaison between the patient and the department assists in resolving all concerns.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High School Diploma/GED Required
- 2 years Customer Service Preferred
- Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) Preferred
- Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday
- Hours 11 am to 7:30 pm.
