We are looking for a reliable and organized part-time Administrative Assistant to help with various office tasks for our real estate agency. This role involves running errands, basic office work, and marketing support.
Responsibilities:
- Run errands, such as taking checks to the bank.
- Scan and organize documents.
- Help keep the office tidy and stocked.
- Meet vendors when needed (e.g., water delivery service).
- Assist with occasional mailings and research.
- Help create and schedule social media posts (training provided).
- Take photos for marketing if needed.
Requirements:
- Dependable and detail-oriented.
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new tasks.
- Able to work in person at our office.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a car for errands.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 15 per week
