Job Description:
- Dive in with sleeves-rolled up and a "hands-on" attitude to master understanding of each area of a busy practice (cosmetic surgery, injectables, Medspa services, lasers, operations, legal, accounting, marketing, and beyond) in order to become the expert and command the respect of a tenured team of employees
- Conduct weekly meetings to support our team members in their professional and personal growth
- Hire/fire, train and oversee all practice personnel; maintain HR files and HR/OSHA/HIPAA compliance protocols with support from the existing operations administration staff
- Organize and guide staff training for excellent patient experience
- Nurture trusting relationships with team members fostering a culture of positivity, accountability and success
- Support the doctor and other aesthetic service providers for best outcomes and productivity
- Establish short and long term goals for the practice and means of achievement
- Direct budget and resource allocation
- Lead strategic planning and be accountable for implementation
- Lead the development, oversight and enforcement of policies and procedures
- Oversee the AAAHC accreditation process for the surgical center
- Understand the cosmetic sales process
- Manage customer relations and handle patient related concerns
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of demonstrable management and operations experience. Aesthetics experience is preferred but not required.
- Hospital management, pharmaceutical, service industry or similar could be appropriate fits for this role.
- A passion for aesthetics to change the lives of patients for the better.
- High “emotional IQ” is a must.
- Desire to follow a path of self-improvement through continuing education.
- A gift for motivating others with the right balance of positive reinforcement and expectations for excellence
- Professional in appearance and presentation, impeccable in service and communication skills, and an attention to timely task completion are musts.

- Based on experience
