Job Responsibilities:
- Liaison between the customers and technicians
- Constant communication with customer over the phone & in person
- Constant communication with technicians to ensure proper services.
- Vehicle parts and service knowledge
- Opening repair orders and invoicing…closing repair orders and taking payments
Required Experience:
- The ideal candidate will have 2 years service advisor/writer experience
- Computer and organizational skills
- Invoicing and vehicle knowledge
- CDK Experience strongly preferred
- Experience with fleets a PLUS
- Dealership experience a PLUS
- Bi-Lingual in Spanish a PLUS
