About the job

This role will report to the Global Vice President of Marketing and provides the ideal candidate an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution to Frank Foodservice Systems future growth.

This leader will manage 3 regional marketing-communications managers, 2 digital marketing leads, and 3 graphic designers.

A successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally and globally with senior leadership team members to strategically align and ensure the delivery of priority objectives, goals, and messaging for all our marketing initiatives. This will drive the creation of engaging content across communication platforms and campaigns for promotional purposes.

Your tasks

  • Create, maintain, and grow new and existing communication platforms (internal and external). This should span across sites, email, and social media, including websites, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others.
  • Drive brand guideline development and maintenance. Ensure execution across channels, platforms, and campaigns.
  • Oversee content creation. This could involve directly crafting, further develop existing, or providing the creative direction for new engaging content – copy, imagery, video, or otherwise.
  • Develop promotional and training content that push boundaries of expectations and best-practices.
  • Lead website development and management with specific interest in targeting, SEO, UX design, functional enhancement, and asset management.
  • Support regular digital monitoring and management with systems like leveraging analytics tools.
  • Co-lead internal and external email and newsletter communication, with result-driven strategy, standards, content, and refinement.
  • Define benchmarks, KPIs, and best practices. Optimize content and campaigns to target, convert, and optimize.
  • Drive engagement with targeted audiences, industry associations, and partners.
  • Lead national and regional tradeshow excellence, from strategy and planning to execution and vendor / show services management. Must have availability to travel and support on-site periodically.
  • Lead media planning, creative development, campaign execution across platforms, and measurement.
  • Project manage multiple initiatives and campaigns simultaneously with ability to supervise others.
  • Work with creative and media vendors to integrate various marketing initiatives across channels.
  • Manage and build bottom-up budgets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree. MBA a bonus but not mandatory.
  • 10 years of marketing experience.
  • 3 years leading direct reports.
  • 1 year of direct social media and website management experience.
  • Proficient in Google Analytics and Hootsuite. Google Analytics Professional or Hootsuite certifications preferred but required.
  • Experience using CMS and web development tools like Wordpress for developing landing pages, managing / updating assets, formatting content on-site, enhancing SEO, and designing UX. Preferred but not required: Intermediate-level web-programming and site editing skills.
  • Knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with robust copywriting experience.
  • Ease and agility in toggling between big picture and finite details.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional projects or teams.
  • Proficient in Adobe creative suite – Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects. Preferred but not required: experience with Canva and creative production/design skills/experience a plus.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Robust experience leading and building brand guidelines.
  • Excellent analytical and time-management skills.
  • Ability to ruthlessly prioritize.
  • Superior judgment and action in a crisis.
  • Experience creating strategic, dynamic cross-channel multi-media campaigns.
  • Strong communication capabilities – should be clear and succinct for cascading information internally while engaging for external content development.
  • Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of stakeholders, partner employees, and simultaneously work toward many company initiatives.
