- Primary purpose: Safely assemble packages of various building materials from the lumberyard inventory and stage the materials for delivery to customers. Assist customers in loading their materials while providing a high level of customer service.

- Communication & Customer Service: Professionally correspond with customers, addressing inquiries regarding invoices and payments.
- Problem-Solving: Identify and assist in resolving discrepancies, escalating complex issues as necessary.
- Organization & Documentation: Request, manage, and organize legal and financial documents.
- Administrative Support: Process and file invoices, statements, and other financial records accurately.
- Technical Proficiency: Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Adobe for document processing.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and maintain organized records.
- Adaptability & Teamwork: Work collaboratively with the AR team, adapting to evolving priorities and responsibilities.
