You will manage a dedicated group of clients, ensuring they fully benefit from their partnership while delivering exceptional service by effectively managing their expectations. Additionally, you will drive revenue growth and profitability by upselling products and services to both new and existing clients.
What You Need:
- Experience developing strong relationships with assigned accounts
- Previous experience supporting company sales goals through quotes and presenting new technologies
- Previous experience being the main point of contact for all client sales opportunities, escalations and questions!
- A strong desire to provide excellent customer service
