We are looking for an experienced IT Specialist to join a growing IT team at a leading manufacturing company. You will be responsible for providing support to end-users across their internal IT and manufacturing operations. You will collaborate with project and operations teams to ensure end-user needs are met, whilst ensuring the overall smooth running of their manufacturing systems and processes.

What do you need to do the job?

🔸 Experience in the manufacturing (ideally pharma) industry is essential.

🔸 3 years of experience in a support-focused role.

🔸 Ability to problem solve, troubleshoot and resolve issues in an efficient manner.

🔸 Work with various business units to ensure the needs of end-users are met.
