The Company:
We are working within a prestigious managed service provider in CT who builds their success on strong relationships with clients through clear communication and making complex solutions easy to understand! They specialize in providing cloud, security, and backup solutions.
The Role:
You will be responsible for the in-depth design and implementation of Cloud and on-premise projects for potential and current clients. You will assist with constructing detailed project plans with the Project Manager and communication with clients to keep them informed of project progress.
What You Need:
- Experience evaluating and recommending new technologies
- Experience implementing and supporting: Office365, Windows Servers, and MDM
- Experience working with vendors and negotiating on prices
- A desire to deliver excellent customer service and go the extra mile for your clients!
- Experience researching best practices when designing cloud solutions
