Position: Technical Account Manager
We are seeking an experienced Technical Account Manager with a background in managing client portfolios with a managed service provider.
Key Responsibilities:
You will manage 15-25 clients, maintaining a comprehensive understanding of their technical environments and ensuring their documentation is up-to-date.
You will work collaboratively in a tight-knit environment to implement creative IT solutions to user issues.
You will deliver IT reviews in conjunction with the vCIO and subsequently coordinate the engineering and support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements:
- Deep understanding of IT infrastructure, including networking, servers, storage, and security.
- Proficiency in IT standards and best practices (e.g., NIST, ITIL, ISO frameworks) and familiarity with MSP tools such as RMM software and Professional Services Automation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to clearly coordinate between vCIOs, service desks, project teams, and client accounts.
- CompTIA, Azure, and ITIL Foundation or equivalent certifications are preferred.
