Overview
We are seeking an experienced, passionate, and creative Craft Bartender to join our team at Franklin Social. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing stellar customer service, and contributing to the overall atmosphere of our establishment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft Cocktails: Prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, ensuring consistency and quality in every drink. Follow classic recipes and be innovative with new drink creations, incorporating seasonal ingredients and specialty spirits.
- Customer Service: Greet and engage with members, providing a personalized and exceptional experience. Make recommendations based on guests’ preferences and ensure that every customer feels valued.
- Bar Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar. Ensure all tools, glassware, and ingredients are prepared and readily available.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory control by tracking stock levels, ordering supplies, and keeping the bar well-stocked.
- Collaborate with the Team: Work closely with the bar staff and kitchen team to ensure smooth operations. Communicate effectively with other team members to meet the needs of guests.
- Adhere to Safety and Hygiene Standards: Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe working environment for both staff and members.
Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 2 years of bartending experience, with a strong background in craft cocktails and mixology.
- Skills: Excellent knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and cocktail techniques. Ability to work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Personality: Friendly, approachable, and personable with excellent communication skills.
- Creativity: Passion for experimenting with new ingredients and developing unique cocktail recipes under supervision of the bar manager.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate and work well with other staff members in a small, tight-knit team.
- Availability: Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Required: Must be of legal drinking age and able to obtain any necessary permits or certifications.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
