Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Receptionist/Scheduler to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in scheduling and transportation management. The Scheduler will be responsible for managing schedules, coordinating appointments, and ensuring that our office runs smoothly.
Responsibilities:
- Manage patient and staff schedules using google applications and other secure networks
- Coordinate appointments and ensure that all necessary information is collected
- Provide administrative support to the office, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Assist with mail and business errands
- Assist with office management, including ordering supplies and managing inventory
Qualifications:
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience with scheduling is a plus
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
