The individual will be the first point of contact for the company and will be responsible for providing administrative support across the organization. This role involves handling front office reception and administration duties, including greeting guests, answering phones, and handling company inquiries. This is a short-term contract employment opportunity.Responsibilities:• Serve as the primary point of contact for all incoming phone calls, ensuring they are redirected accordingly• Offer a warm welcome to guests and provide them with necessary information or directions• Perform a variety of basic office and clerical tasks to support the smooth operation of the organization• Ensure accurate and efficient data entry and filing tasks• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for a variety of tasks, including the creation of documents and spreadsheets• Coordinate and schedule appointments as required• Maintain a clean and organized reception area to provide a positive impression of the company• Resolve a variety of customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service at all times
