We are seeking a Personal Assistant To The Owner to join our team!
POSITION SUMMARY:
Act as liaison to the owner and provide the highest level of support. Ability to handle details of a highly confidential and critical nature. Also assist the owner and spouse with personal work as needed.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintaining business and personal calendar
Education & Experience:
Bachelors Degree in related field desired
Minimum of five (5) years executive level support experience required
Familiarity with the commercial real estate industry a plus
Skills & Knowledge:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to read, understand, and interpret legal documents, and financial statements
Must be highly organized and have ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Must also have a professional presence, and ability to deal with confidential information
Attention to detail and quality control are critical

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Maintaining business and personal calendar
- coordinating internal and external meetings
- scheduling detailed travel plans, which will include private and commercial air travel, hotel and car reservations
- handle calls
- day-to-day filing with thorough understanding of filing system
- process health, home and auto insurance claims
- troubleshoot technology (computer, phone, etc.)
- submit expense reports
- assist in preparation of various documents
- recognize and flag important, time-sensitive e-mails or mailed materials
- draft e-mails based on dictation or direction
- Receive and process invoices for timely payments
Education & Experience:
