Position Overview :

We are seeking a Residential Designer with a strong passion for creating exceptional custom homes and at least 3 years of hands-on experience in residential design. In this role, you will play a key part in transforming concepts into detailed, buildable plans, working collaboratively with the owner and lead designers to bring each client’s vision to life. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented, creative professional who enjoys balancing technical precision with thoughtful, functional design.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drafting and Designing Homes : Take initial sketches provided by the owner and transform them into precise, buildable plans using BIM software (we use ArchiCAD).
• Collaboration : Work closely with our lead designers and the owner to ensure the design aligns with clients’ vision, lifestyle, and needs.
• Project Management : Manage your workload efficiently to meet deadlines and maintain our firm’s high standards of quality.
• Attention to Detail : Develop floor plans and design documents that consider every aspect of the home, from aesthetics to functionality.
