Position Overview
As the largest slush brand in the United States, Frazil continues to break sales records. A key driver of our success is the way we leverage technology throughout our operation. We're as much a tech company as we are a slushy company, and our technology team is core to the infrastructure of Frazil operations.
As our first Ecommerce Manager you will lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of ecommerce initiatives aimed at driving online sales, enhancing customer experiences, and building brand loyalty. This position involves managing all aspects of ecommerce operations. You will oversee all vendor relationships, collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, and manage site development, user experience, and sales across all ecommerce platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Essential Duties Include
- Develop and implement ecommerce strategies that align with business goals and overall company vision.
- Lead the strategic planning, development, and execution of ecommerce initiatives to drive online sales, enhance customer experience, and build brand loyalty.
- Oversee all aspects of the ecommerce business, including website management, user experience, and online sales channels (e.g., Amazon).
- Increase in online sales and revenue growth within the first year.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring timely project delivery, budget compliance, and high-quality outcomes.
- Analyze data and conversion funnel metrics to make data-driven decisions, optimize performance, and identify growth opportunities.
- Conduct A / B testing and monitor KPIs to enhance customer experience.
- Implement UX / UI improvements, user-generated content strategies, search optimization, and personalized product recommendations.
- Supervise ecommerce site navigation, content development, checkout processes, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor and develop target metrics for website conversion and customer retention.
- Stay informed on industry trends and integrate new tools and technologies to elevate ecommerce performance.
- Collaborate with the digital marketing team on SEO strategies to improve search rankings and visibility.
- Design and execute email marketing campaigns to increase engagement and website conversions.
- Eventually lead, mentor, and build a high-performing ecommerce team, including managers, developers, and specialists.
- Manage P&L responsibilities, including budgeting, forecasting, vendor contracts, and financial performance.
- Drive online sales through Amazon and other marketplaces by optimizing listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory.
- Collaborate across departments, including marketing, merchandising, IT, and inventory management, to align ecommerce initiatives.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
