We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Insurance Producer to join our growing team. This is a particularly exciting role which focuses solely on a specific segment within the manufacturing industry. You will quickly become an industry expert in the space, and have fun assisting commercial clients obtain the best coverage in this consultative sales environment!

Responsibilities
- Business Development (new clients), as well as Account Management (repeat business from existing clients)
- Conduct Social Networking within the community, attending events and networking to build connections.
- Utilize technology to streamline business processes in an industry that is rapidly evolving technologically.
- After you have a strong pipeline of personal production, potential for:
- Set up and manage an "agency in a box," co-owning an office, supporting recruiting and training for the office.
Requirements
- 2 years' Commercial P&C (property and casualty) Insurance sales
- Active insurance license for PA
- Existing book of business or warm prospective/client relationships to transfer
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $61,816.00 - $71,638.00 per year
