Overview :
We are seeking a Health Associate to join the firm's Minneapolis office. Successful candidates will have a background in healthcare laws and regulations, including physician self-referral, fraud and abuse laws, state licensing, and HIPAA matters. Experience in mergers, acquisitions, and corporate transactions in the healthcare industry is helpful but not required.
Preferred candidates will have :
- 1-3 years of experience in healthcare regulatory matters and / or healthcare mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions
- Prior experience in private practice
- Excellent interpersonal, analytical, project management, and writing skills
- Strong academic background
- J.D. from an ABA-Accredited Law School
- Active attorney license in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and ability to promptly get admitted in the State of Minnesota

The salary range for this position varies by geographical market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $189,333 - $210,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
