Overview :
Fredrikson & Byron is looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist to join our growing team. This role offers a dynamic opportunity to support the Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team by providing operational support across critical functional areas. The position plays a pivotal role in streamlining marketing processes, managing team systems and resources, and providing comprehensive support that enables the MBD team to effectively execute its strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities Include :
MBD Budget & Financial Operations
- Prepare and maintain budget templates and communications for the MBD budgeting process.
- Run monthly budget reports and work with Business Development Managers to understand YTD expenses and forecasts.
- Track and report on MBD team professional development and inter-office travel expenses.
- Reconcile and process MBD team credit card expenses.
- Process marketing transfer and budget reclassification requests.

The salary range for this position varies by geographic market. In Minneapolis, the estimated starting annual pay range is $60,000 - $77,000 / year. The compensation offered will be dependent on the candidate's experience, skills, education, professional background, overall qualifications, and geographic market location.
