As a key member of our dock staff, you'll:
- Foster a welcoming atmosphere: Greet members with warmth, professionalism, and a genuine enthusiasm for their aquatic adventures.
- Coordinate seamless operations: Manage boat reservations, assist members with boarding and embarking, and ensure the fleet is prepared for every voyage.
- Champion safety: Conduct thorough pre-departure and post-return equipment checks, educate members on safety protocols, and prioritize a secure boating environment.
- Navigate with confidence: Familiarize yourself with local waters and provide members with basic chart guidance to enhance their exploration.
- Maintain pristine conditions: Keep our boats sparkling clean and ready for the next member's enjoyment, performing both routine and deep cleaning tasks as needed.
- Contribute to a collaborative spirit: Foster a positive and supportive team environment, working effectively with supervisors and colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications:
- Ability to complete light maintenance work
- Valid driver's license and background check required
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Physical ability to perform the duties of the role.
- Weekend/Holiday shifts and a minimum of 3 shifts per week are required.
