Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Qualified Professional at Freedom House Recovery Center in Warrenton, NC. The Qualified Professional will be responsible for providing direct client care, conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, facilitating group therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate documentation of client progress.
Qualifications
- Experience in providing direct client care and conducting assessments
- Ability to develop treatment plans and facilitate group therapy sessions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of mental health and substance abuse treatment methods
- Ability to maintain accurate and detailed client records
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field
- Licensure or certification as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Addiction Specialist (LCAS), or relevant credential is a plus
- Experience working in a residential treatment facility preferred
