Summary
It is the responsibility of the I&D Coordinator to under limited supervision, coordinate the pre-planning preparation of the Installation and Dismantle process and track, confirm, and verify the process by show. Professionally interacts with customers, team members, and third-party vendor/partner representatives to provide the highest level of service excellence.
This position is located in Las Vegas, NV supporting our Event & Exhibit Services team and follows an in-person schedule working full-time in-office and/or show site.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Answer high volume of phone inquiries.
- Maintain all Installation & Dismantle (I&D) orders and show files.
- Interact with coworkers in I&D, other departments, and branches daily.
- Cultivate new and existing exhibitor relationships.
- Generate correspondence and handle special projects.
- Cover for laborers at show site as scheduled.
- Instruct team members on show site as required.
- Function as floor supervisor when requested.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent is required
- Previous trade show and/or I&D labor experience are preferred.
