Program Leadership :
Lead and manage large-scale, cross-functional technical programs from inception to
completion.
Develop and communicate program goals, objectives, and success criteria to
stakeholders.
Drive program execution by defining scope, priorities, and resource allocation.
Mitigate risks, solve problems, and ensure projects stay on track.
Team Management :
Build, mentor, and lead a team of technical project managers or scrum masters,
ensuring their growth and development.
