What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Client Success Manager position at Freemont Yardley Search?
Summary: The Senior Client Success Manager will operate in field-based capacity as the primary contact between facility staff/management and organization’s` pharmacy. Success Manager will communicate via site visits, phone, and email. Additionally, address and resolve concerns, train facility staff on pharmacy policies/processes, and introducing new procedures.
Responsibilities
- Build and enhance relationships with key facility stakeholders (i.e. Administrators, Executive Directors, Clinical/Operational Leaders, and Owners/Operators within assigned accounts and territories
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts and meet client success metrics.
- Conduct regular and strategic facility visits/outreach to solve issues and meet key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Create detailed quarterly business reviews
- Monitor KPIs and client metrics, identify areas for improvement to drive client success
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and effective solutions
- Monitor industry trends, regulations, training, and educational offerings.
- Proactively communicate/facilitate emerging programs/service lines.
- Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, in-service training sessions, and ensure all client requirements are met
- Ensure compliance and act with integrity as a client advocate, effectively communicating needs, feedback, and recommendations for improvement
- Maintain accurate client records, activity logs, and other documentation within the CRM and operating systems
- Ensure successful client onboarding, program offerings, service implementation, and handle customer service activities, including complaint resolution
Requirements
- 5 years of experience and proven success in similar account management positions
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, Pharmacy or related field
- Pharmacist license, Nursing license, Pharmacy certification required (must be in good standing)
- Must reside within the Massachusetts region/territory
- A valid driver's license is required for this position, as travel will be a regular part of the job responsibilities
- Ability to function independently and handle pressure with multiple tasks and deadlines
Salary : $100,000 - $140,000
