Job Purpose
Lounge MOD's make $12.54 per hour with an average of $12 to $14 in tips per hour. Any untipped shifts (admin, meetings) are paid at $17.70 per hour.
The Chocolate Lounge Manager on Duty leads the FOH team in daily operations. They curate an excellent work experience for our employees, uphold standards of fast, friendly, and helpful service, and consistently create a positive experience for our guests. They are responsible for managing day-to-day store operations and maintaining our high standards and conditions of cleanliness, training, customer service, product knowledge, and education. They achieve a balance by advocating for the happiness and safety of their team, while firmly upholding and supporting the company’s larger vision and financial health.
Most importantly, this person is a role model, consistently encouraging safe work practices, acting according to French Broad Chocolate’s Mission and Principles, and inspiring their team to do so as well.
BASIC FUNCTION:
- Act as the role model for outstanding service and consistently monitor, coach, and encourage team members to meet FBC's service standards.
- Maintains high cleanliness standards consistently throughout the store in the areas of store appearance, merchandise/retail goods, and equipment.
- Manages day-to-day operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making, employee/team member support, and guest
