The Role
This is a pivotal and high-impact role within our US expansion strategy. As we experience rapid growth in the US, **the Head of Sales and Customer Success** will play a central role in shaping and driving the future of our operations.
Reporting directly to the VP of North America, you will be instrumental in building and executing a repeatable growth model that ensures sustainable success across new customer acquisition and customer retention. The role will be responsible for shaping our member offering, developing our sales and retention strategies and leading our key customer-facing teams to achieve our growth aspirations. The ideal candidate is a natural leader and networker with a consultative and commercial mindset, who thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and entrepreneurial environment.

- Develop and lead strategy for the US: Shape and execute the vision for the US sales and customer success teams, creating scalable processes that ensure the successful acquisition, retention, and expansion of our customers. This will involve building and owning you function’s OKRs.
- Sales and Customer Success leadership: Manage and mentor a diverse team of inbound and outbound sales reps, as well as account managers, ensuring they hit targets and align with the company’s broader goals.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with teams in Marketing, Product, Tech, and Operations to tailor successful initiatives from Australia to the US market, ensuring smooth collaboration and alignment across functions.
- Drive Customer Success: Focus on reducing churn, increasing retention, and expanding existing customer accounts by delighting our customers, implementing effective customer success strategies and engaging with key customers at all stages of the journey.
- Implement Sales methodology: Refine and execute a consistent sales process to achieve revenue and growth objectives. Shape the company’s sales methodology and drive best practices in selling and forecasting, helping the team navigate complex sales cycles.
- Engage with key customers: Lead customer interactions across all levels, from executives and key decision-makers to individual nurses, helping your teams navigate complex sales cycles and deliver solutions that meet client needs.
- A strategic thinker with proven experience building and leading sales and customer success teams in fast-growing environments, preferably in MedTech or related industries.
- A natural leader who can inspire, develop, and manage high-performing teams while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration.
- Comfortable navigating complex challenges in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Skilled in building strong, long-term relationships with both internal teams and external clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Able to make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies, identify opportunities for growth, and drive performance across the sales and customer success teams.
- 8 years of experience leading sales and customer success teams in fast-growth B2B businesses.
- Proven track record in sales strategy development, account management, and customer success in a MedTech or related field.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor, and inspire diverse teams to meet and exceed their goals.
- Experience scaling operations and developing infrastructure to support growth in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment.
- Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and proficiency with Google business tools.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to negotiate, present, and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet customers and support the team.
